The Government of Sindh has established Women Complaint Centers (WCC) and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Centres for Women, which have provided legal aid and socio-psychological counselling to over 500 victims of domestic violence, honor killing, rape, acid attacks, child custody disputes, and dissolution of marriage in the last two years. The centers have delivered 154 cases of psycho-social counseling, 150 cases of psycho-therapeutic counseling, 64 cases of legal counseling, and 27 instances of free legal aid. Seven complaint cells have also been set up to respond to victims of gender-based violence. Additionally, safe homes and protection centers have been established at the district level to provide shelter and relief for women survivors, under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioners.
